Position Title: Sales Promoter and Technical Representative
Reports To: Sales Manager
Business Group: Commercial Vehicle Aftermarket – Europe
Department: Sales
Location: Central EE

Overview:
· Responsibility for sales promotion of CVA parts through second level distribution (pull effect) and trainings on all levels, level-conform, (distributors, garages, fleets etc). Ensuring that customers know the products and available kits and its fit and function.

Dimensions: ·
· Development of knowledge and expertise of ArvinMeritor product-ranges within our customer-groups and the customers of our customers. Trainings on customers’ sites and technical support via e-mail and telephone. Identification of growth opportunities and information back to Sales and / or HQ in Zurich.
· Sales: EU parts second level distribution
· Territory: Central EE
· Staff: Nil
· Travel: Extensive (> 70%)

Principle Accountabilities:
· Is closely involved in pulling sales from retail shops, service stations and end-users
· Trainings given to workshops, fleets, hands-on support on site
· Trainings given to distributors for our products and products-groups
· Trainings given to distributors for our catalogue; navigation-training, X-refs-searches etc.
· Answer technical queries taken on-site, by e-mail and by telephone
· Feeding back information related to our and our competitors’ products back to HQ Zurich
· Supports product-launches and promotions in the markets
· Gives input for improvements for catalogues
· Attends product-trainings in the factories
· Attends local shows and fairs
· Maintains a customer problem-database
· Creates own PowerPoint-presentations and presents them to customers
· Keeps close contact with HQ in Zurich regarding developments, improvements, synergies for presentations etc.
· Working with customer claims

Education/Experience:
· Solid Background in the Aftermarket Automotive business and/or Product-knowledge
· Engineer or mechanic with hands-on talent, vehicle-maintenance and – repair experience
· Trainer – and presentation skills
· Problem Solving skills
· Approachable person, flexible and mobile
· Fluent in Polish (other eastern European languages will add value to the person)
· Good English
