The Fleet Sales Manager Parts duties and responsibilities include:
- Identify new prospects and maintain business relations with the existing fleet customers in order to develop an increasing share for the DAF network.
- Present the Parts Fleet Sales Program to dealers and fleet customers.
- Obtain all the relevant information needed for the preparation of a quotation.
- Coordinate with the Fleet Sales Development team on quote preparation, cross referencing and competitive evaluation.
- Negotiation of quotes and operational agreements with the customers and supporting dealers.
- Manage the implementation of the agreements within the fleet, supporting dealers and the DAF organization.
- Train and support fleet customers on the DAF systems included in the Fleet Parts Program.
- Monitor program progress towards division objectives.
- Prepare and execute account development plans.
- Contribution to the further development of the global fleet parts strategy.
- Develop sales actions to address customer requirements
- Ensure the regular flow of information from the market to subsidiary and headquarters,
- Cooperate with other departments in preparing joint tenders (trucks/service/finance) for major fleet accounts
- Signalling of market opportunities.
We are looking for individuals that fulfill the most of the following requirements:
- Bachelors’ degree or equivalent qualifications through experience
- Minimum 3 year experience in sales, preferable in the automotive parts business
- Ability to source new business and negotiate with Senior Managers of large transport/rental companies
- Ability to effectively involve dealers in fleets sales business process
- Ability to negotiate with all DAF departments at subsidiary and corporate level
- Strong commercial and communication skills
- Willingness to travel at least 50 % of time
- Fluent Polish and English language, verbally and in writing
- Entrepreneurship and team player
