A Slovak company, creating distribution networks for Producers and Suppliers in automotive aftermarket in 26 countries of Eastern Europe is extending the Sales Team.

We are looking for a new Team member:

Sales Manager
for Poland, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia

Main tasks are:

  • Providing commercial service to existing clients
  • Searching for new potential clients – distributors
  • Promotion of brands and products represented by the company
  • Together with the Supervisor / Commercial Manager formulate sales plans and objectives on an annual basis and carry them out within the territory and being fully responsible for fulfilment of these plans
  • Preparing marketing plans and participation on marketing actions
  • Regular reporting to the supervisor
  • Fully participate in annual sales performance, reviews and trainings. Implement the company’s strategy and targets.
  • Home office work.


  • Very good communication skills
  • Active spoken and written communication in English; Russian is an advantage
  • Creativity and constructive thinking
  • Experience in automotive business is an advantage
  • Ready to travel intensively on weekly basis
  • Driving license “B” category, driving experience
  • Self-employed person – working on the Contract basis
