We are looking for a candidate for the position of:
CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERT
Location: Stawiguda (pow. olsztyński), warmińsko-mazurskie
The person employed in this position will primarily be responsible for:
- Comprehensive support of export customers
- Processing orders placed through available platforms
- Overseeing distribution center processes related to order handling
- Organizing logistics processes related to the transportation of goods to customers
- Monitoring payment inflow
- Analyzing customer needs, considering the specifics of the markets they operate in
- Achieving set KPIs and continuously improving customer service processes
Qualifications:
- Higher education
- Proficiency in English
- Knowledge of Latin languages is an additional advantage
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, customer service, with preference for managerial positions
- Preferred experience in export and automotive industries
- Excellent 360° communication skills (with customers, management, colleagues)
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Openness to an international, multicultural environment
